The dining room terrace (left) sits outside the dining room to the left of the main front door and adjoins the BBQ and entertainments terraces. It features recessed lighting and air circulation fans. The dining room terrace also has a side door to the utility room. There are two sets of patio doors from the dining room that access the terrace.

The Lounge Terrace:

The lounge terrace to the right of the main front door is accessed via the large patio doors from the lounge. It spreads across the front of the Villa facing the pool.

It is structure with typically Spanish arches and pillars and has a pine clad ceiling with light and fan. It is open for cool breezes in the hot summer months and provides welcome shade.
