The Dining Room:

The Villa is very much of an open plan design and on the ground floor, to the left of the hall, there is a large square opening which leads to the dining room which measures 5.50m x 4.50m .

There are 2 sets of double patio doors leading to the front covered terraces and a window on the side wall overlooking the rear drive.

As in all rooms there are ample power points and a wall mounted air-conditioning / heating unit. There is also a wall mounted 32” flat screen television connected to micro aerial offering around 32 channels.

A large breakfast counter with glass top acts as a divider from the large modern kitchen.

From the dining room is a 4 glass panelled door leading to an inner hall (2.60m x 1.30m) with under stair storage, and from this hall leads into a guest cloakroom containing toilet and modern glass sink with mirror above.
