The Kitchen is fitted with custom units in white, grey and a wood effect, with grey granite work surfaces making the overall effect very unusual. There is ample cupboard and drawer space and fully integrated fridge/Freezer, cooker, microwave and dishwasher.

There is a large gas hob with 5 different size burners and a stainless steel extractor above with matching granite splash back. The double stainless steel corner sink unit contains a waste disposal unit and an extendable tap. There is also a separate tap providing filtered water.

A central unit work station with matching granite top and complete with electricity supply, makes ease of working in the spacious kitchen. Two windows on the rear wall of the kitchen give spectacular mountain views. There is a central light and ceiling fan in stainless steel and many down lights.

An opaque glass panelled sliding door leads to the very useful Utility Room which measures 3.15m x 1.80m. A window overlooks the side driveway and rear entrance which leads to a Camino behind the house. The Utility room hosts a second larder fridge for drinks, washing machine, tumbler dryer, laundry sink and cleaning cupboard. The gas water heater is housed on the wall above the sink. A security door leads to the side arched gardened terrace, adjacent to the rear driveway.
